Using Cleancloud App
Debonaire provides a fully integrated pick up and drop off service from your home or office. This service is completed by accessing our APP, see below for details. You can schedule a pick during the day and we will return your cleaned garments in two days.
The APP will provide you with pick times, location and once we collect your personalised bag with your garments you will receive and email confirming the contents together with the pricing. Once your garments are delivered back to your location you will receive an SMS confirming delivery. Finally a charge will be levied against your creditcard for the service.
Our pick up & delivery service is available for areas including hawthorn, Toorak and Balwyn
To commence this service you need to register, this includes:
Download at your APP Store “ Cleancloud Laundry”
Select Australia as the country of service, then select “Debonaire” as your store.
Complete the registration with your details, including name, address and mobile.
Once you organise your first order you will be prompted to provide a pick address and your creditcard details.
Wait for the driver for collection and you will receive a personalised bag on your first pick up.
